The Strategy
Sharmheights.com needed an intensive email campaign on holiday homes buyers in the UK, Russia, and Italy. We utilized our database of buyers, along with the buyer's database of all major international property portals.
Design attractive Email templates according to the business best practices, which include all necessary information, along with a call for action.
Integrated a "subscribe for newsletter" module in order to build an opt in database.
The Accomplishments
The professional timely campaign has resulted in the selling of all units in a record 10 month period. Encouraged by our previous success and due to persistent demand by investors for additional units it has been decided to launch Sharm Heights 2.
